CLUB TRAINING

The club has a brief but simple training schedule which each induvidual can attend when possible and with no obligations, this is as follows:

RUNNING: TUES 6PM MAYFIELD SCHOOL CARPARK (ALTERNATING WEEKS OF TRACK WORK AND ROAD INTERVAL TRAINING, INFO OF EACH SESSION WILL BE POSTED ON THE FORUM EACH WEEK).

BIKE RIDE: SAT 8:30AM WHITEHAVEN FIRE STATION.

SWIMMING: TUES + WED ST BEES POOL AQUA SPLASH SWIM TRAINING 8-9 PM

SWIMMING: (WED & FRI) CHALLENGE SWIM COPELAND POOL 6AM-7AM.

 

Emails or texts are advised before attending training sessions to ensure there are other participants.
